The Program Manager is a key member of the Integrated Marketplace Office (IMO) and reports to the VP, The position works closely with other members of the IMO, other teams within Innovate BC and with provincial government ministries.

We are looking for a high-performing program manager to support the delivery of Innovate BC’s Integrated Marketplace program. The role will be responsible for supporting, managing, and ensuring effective completion of program deliverables, including supporting proposal development, leading program administration, program data analysis and reporting requirements, recommending program process improvements, liaising with stakeholders, and providing general support, including administrative functions, to the IMO. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Innovate BC, the Integrated Marketplace program, key themes related to the Province’s and Innovate BC’s innovation policy and program objectives and various government and private sector funding programs. The ideal candidate will also have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills and tact in liaising with complex stakeholders.
