At Freshies, our baker is a key role experienced employee, friendly and passionate about baking and customers’ service. Under the leadership of our café manager, he or she is responsible for opening the cafe and preparing our fresh specialty baked goods following Freshies’ recipes and standards. Other duties include customers’ service, assisting the barista, operating the till when needed, kitchen and dishes cleaning.
