Administrative Assistant is required, full-time (30 to 44 hours per week), to work at a Physiotherapy Clinic. The position requires availability of 5 days a week (morning and evening daily shifts) plus weekends when needed.

Job duties:
· Welcome patients and direct them within the clinic.
· Direct incoming calls received and provide callers with information about the clinic services.
· Return voice messages and respond to emails.
· Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other materials.
· Enters patient data, patient charges, collect payments and issues receipts.
· Engage in direct online billing and third-party insurance billings.
· Perform general office support (i.e.: manual and computerized filing, scanning, photocopying, printing, faxing and ordering supplies).
· Schedule appointments, meetings and other bookings.
· Pulls charts for daily appointments and reports.
· Provide administrative support including scheduling team meeting, sending agenda and taking minutes, correspondence, forms and other tasks.
· Prepare and distribute promotional materials including website listings and flyers

Languages:  English

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
