What We Do

The mandate of the Human Resources and Corporate Services Branch is to establish and sustain a foundation for the responsible stewardship of OSC resources supporting organizational effectiveness and productivity through: enterprise wide business planning; monitoring and reporting on corporate performance; strategic workforce management; enterprise emergency response and business continuity planning (ERBCP), records and information management, corporate project coordination; knowledge management, workplace design and facilities management; staff health, safety and security; and the overall design and implementation of a positive employee experience. The Branch is comprised of the following business units: Human Resources and Organizational Development; Business Planning & Reporting; Administration; Knowledge Services; Records & Information Management; and Inclusion & Diversity.
