What can I expect to do in this role?

Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, Enterprise Business Services Division, the Director, Document Solutions and Logistics Branch is responsible to:

·         Provide executive leadership and strategic direction in the development and implementation of long-term strategies for the branch in alignment with the OPS, the MPBSD and Ontario Shared Services (OSS).

·         Lead branch delivery and sourcing operations for numerous business lines that provide digital and paper products, conversions, solutions, and services across 4 locations to OPS ministries and agencies.

·         Promote client-focused services and customized solutions to meet client requirements and exceed client expectations.

·         Implement performance metrics and indicators to continually measure success and identify the need for current and future service improvements.

·         Support key initiatives such as enabling technology, implementing modern technologies, and integrated services.

·         Lead the planning and implementation of multi-year delivery and sourcing strategies to optimize client services and value to drive excellence and improvements.

·         Manage business analysis solutions to address client needs, cost efficiencies, system integrations and the implementation of upgraded technologies.

·         Advance a culture among colleagues and staff that prioritizes collaboration, engagement, inclusion, equity, excellence, and well-being.
