Job Title Machine Operator
Description
Operate Slitter rewinder machine , Doctoring rewinder machine , Rotogravure printing machine and related web control equipment after due training and under the direction of Manufacturing Manager/Shift Manager.
Job duties
Initially undergo training and get the Manufacturing Manager’s written certification/approval to operate the concerned machine indepentently.
Efficiently use materials, to meet shift production targets
Execute changes to machinery and equipment, and methods of work under the direction of Shift In charge.
Follow all quality control inspection system and complete production reporting procedures
Follow equipment maintenance schedules
Follow all Standard Operating Principles (SOP’s) with respect to Equipment, Production ,Safety and Quality techniques.

Requirements/Skills:
Working Conditions Physical-Continuously standing or walking. Lifting moderate weights occasionally. Mental Stress- Continuous requirement for decisive action. A firm and resolute attitude is required, especially with respect to the enforcement of and adherence to departmental operating procedures.
